90-day Total Body & Mind Transformation

My 90-day program will discover what your vision is for your health, weight, digestion, and nutrition. It will also uncover what might be stopping you, slowing you down or preventing you from having what you want.

We will set up the conditions for inevitable success. When you have conditions for assured success, then follow-through becomes easier. Without this, people tend to fall back into old habits and get more of what they don’t want.

In your first session, we’re going to look at how we can make you a priority within the context of your busy lifestyle. Most people feel trapped by their lives, families, jobs, and everyday responsibilities.

The reason why my clients get great results with this program is we’re consistently considering how this all fits in with family, friends, holidays, and parties, otherwise it’s like pushing a boulder up a hill.

It would be more realistic if you didn’t have to choose between your health goals and spending time with family and friends because that wouldn’t be fun or sustainable.

What to eat for your unique body type, some people burn fat best, and others need more carbs or protein.

Many people often wonder why they can’t lose weight or feel like they plateau no matter how much they exercise or how much salad they eat, we want to find out as quickly as possible which foods are best for you.

You’ll learn how to fine-tune your listening to your body’s inner voice and identify which foods give you energy and which foods rob you of energy.

What percentage of dieters do you think lose weight and then gain it back within 6 months?

98%! That’s because they’re missing this step. The diet mentality is based on deprivation. You’ll get quick-fix results because you’re able to deprive yourself for a temporary period. Eventually, this method falls apart, which leads to a screw it-all-binge, and despite all your hard work, you gain the weight back.
